Very strange! Not a great experience in my opinion. Thank god I had another computer or I'd have been screwed! In fact, what made it worse, around the 3 to 4 week mark when I popped in to check with them how it was going, I was told the engineer had gone on holiday for a week, yet two days later it was then fixed. I had to wait nearly 4 weeks to get this fixed, and that was with me chasing them. If you're in a hurry or need quick turnaround for business, I would go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, the service was quick with this, but I think they're overcharging by quite a bit. Even getting it done at one of those dodgy corner shops would save you a tonne of cash too. So if you can follow some great instructions online via youtube or, then buy exactly the same glass and tools for £10 off eBay and save yourself £100+. The button hole surround is off centre, and it now clicks with every press where it didn't before. For the money (£110 as they gave me discount of £10 as I was having a laptop fixed) they were charging I thought the glass might actually be the real deal, but it's not. I had an iPhone 6 smashed screen replaced. Now, if you're getting your mobile fixed, then it's likely they'll sort you out the same day, if not the next. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had both a laptop and an iPhone fixed here. So sadly I've come back to re-review iDoctor and lower the score even further, as not only is the service over-priced with non-Apple parts (Apple don't supply parts to any other third party), but you'll get a cheaper and better service using an actual Apple store. The Apple representative also said I was ripped off for the service I got from iDoctor. The trouble is that because iDoctor is not Apple-certified, Apple now won't touch my phone at all now, EVER. But, having since smashed my screen as well as the touchscreen, I learnt that Apple would replace all this for just £79. Originally I had my iPhone 6 glass fixed at iDoctor for £110.
